Refund policy

To show you the confidence we have in our products, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and refund policy for 30 days.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of our products, contact us within 30 days of your purchase to request an exchange or full refund. We will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.


RETURNS:

This guarantee is for a full 30 days. You can return products within that time for any reason, no-questions-asked. If it has been more than 30 days, unfortunately there are no refunds or exchanges. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

To return a product, simply contact Surpo by email and our friendly customer service representatives will discuss the issue with you and help provide you with an RMA number. Then just send the product(s) back and we will process the refund once it is received.

Here are the Surpo Return Policies:

  1. This return policy only applies to retail products purchased directly from surponutrition.com.
  2. One opened bottle of each type of product is eligible for return; all other returned products must be clean, undamaged, and in the original sealed container for refund.
  3. If you purchased a program/package that involved a package discount and you are not returning the whole package/program, the discounted price is thereby forfeited and any items not returned will be reassessed at the undiscounted individual product price, and the refund amount adjusted accordingly.
  4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without obtaining a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first.


REFUND PROCEDURE:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
